The Lady Royals had a stellar day of racing Saturday at the Forum Credit Union Splash & Clash Invite. HSE racked up 720 pints to outpace Homestead’s 576. The ladies impressed with a strong combination of wins and depth across the lineup.

The 200 Medley Relay set the tone for the day with Abby Harter, Kennedy Fisher, Dabin Jung, and Bri Saple clocking a season best of 1:47. 98. The Royals finished with 4 relays in the top 8 in that event and never looked back!

Molly Pedersen continued the dominance with a season best 1:54.02 in the 200 free. Pedersen also took first in the 100 free with a 52.35.

Abby Harter took the 200IM in 2:09.43 and Sarah Ballard won diving with 451.59 points to close out the first half of the meet with a commanding lead.

The quartet of Grace Newton, Kennedy Fisher, Kayleigh Witt, and Molly Pedersen put up an impressive 1:37.76 in their 200 free relay victory.

The meet finished with 3 Royal wins in a row; Abby Harter’s 57.17 in the 100 back, Kennedy Fisher’s 1:07.56 in the 100 breaststroke, and the 400 free relay of Bri Saple, Molly Pedersen, Kayleigh Witt, and Abby Harter.

The entire team was on fire today, posting many season and lifetime best times throughout the meet. Notable performances include:

– Paige Crawford’s lifetime best 200 free
– Anna Stolle’s 3rd place 200IM
– Sarah Juffer in the 50 free
– Kayleigh Stivers and Lauren Bergman in the 100 fly
– Camille Joesten in the 500 free
– Madison Rossillo’s 100 back

The Royals travel next Saturday to Ft. Wayne to compete in the Homestead Invite.
