The Lady Royals set 2 indoor school records and had 3 other performances in the top 3 all-time indoors. Kennedy Drish added indoor state champ to her resume as she won the event with a vault of 11′ 9″. Lulu Black started the day off with a school record in the 3200 meter run as she placed 2nd in the race at 10:56.89. Then the day ended with another school record as the 4×400 of Olivia Burgess, Mya Hammons, Regan Wans, and Tierra Sydnor ran 3:57.59 to place 2nd as well. Sydnor also placed 5th in the long jump with the second best all-time jump indoors at 17′ 5.25″. The 4×200 relay of Burgess, Alysaa Barker, Hammons, and Sydnor placed 3rd with a second best all-time time of 1:42.99. The 4×800 of Maddie Mirro, Halle Hill, Jehnea Mirro, and Ellie Pedersen ran well in 8th as they ran the 3rd fastest time in school history indoors at 9:39.93. The entire team hopes to get the first outdoor meet in on Tuesday at Carmel.
