Meet Recap

The boys’ golf team placed 3rd in the Muncie Central Regional tournament on Thursday at The Player’s Club in Yorktown. Noblesville won with an even-par 288, followed by Cathedral with 311 and Fishers and HSE tied with 315. Fishers won the 5th man score tie-breaker by 1 stroke, causing the team not to advance to the State Finals.

Senior Drew Alexander qualified individually for the State Finals after leading the team with a 4-over par 76, followed by seniors Luke Jolly and Alex Bullington both with 79, senior Will Kirchmer with 81, and senior Jake Hutmacher with 88.

The team finished the season ranked #12 overall in the state.
